1. Website Use & Platform Status

Franklin HVAC Pros is a service-request matching platform. We do not directly employ technicians, perform physical HVAC installations, or issue contractor licenses. We facilitate connection between property owners and independent heating and cooling professionals.

2. No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing

We do not guarantee that a technician will be available at any specific time or location. Service diagnostic fees, labor rates, equipment pricing, and scheduling are determined solely by the independent provider handling the job.

3. User Responsibilities & Consent

By submitting a service form or placing a phone call, you warrant that you are authorized to request service for the designated property. You agree to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails regarding your request.

4. Limitation of Liability

Franklin HVAC Pros shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services performed by independent third-party contractors.
